At LovFur™, we understand that each order may carry deep personal meaning. We carefully prepare and ship every package with respect, accuracy, and care.
Order Processing Time
All regular orders are processed within 48 hours after payment confirmation.
Custom or personalized orders begin processing after we receive all required customization details, such as names, dates, photos, messages, or other personal information. Because personalized items are made with special care, they may require additional processing time.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Options
We currently offer the following shipping options:
Standard Shipping
Estimated delivery time: 7–10 business days
Expedited Shipping
Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days
Shipping fee: $29.90
Please note that delivery time refers to the estimated transit time after your order has been processed and shipped.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if available.
Please allow some time for tracking details to update after the carrier receives the package.
Shipping Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, shipping times may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, incorrect shipping information, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
LovFur™ is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at support@lovfur.com. Once an order has entered processing, customization, production, or shipping, we may not be able to make changes.
Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Packages
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at support@lovfur.com as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
If the problem is caused by our error or carrier damage, we will help arrange a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution.
Shipping Fees
Expedited shipping is available for $29.90.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue is caused by our error, such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
