At Lovfur, we do our best to process, pack, and ship every order with care. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.

Processing Time

All regular orders are processed within 48 hours after payment is confirmed.

Personalized or custom-made items may require additional production time. For custom orders, processing begins after we receive all required customization details, such as names, photos, dates, messages, or other personalized information.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery time is 7–10 business days after shipment.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, and other factors beyond our control.

Personalized or custom-made items may take longer because they require additional preparation or production before shipping.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders.

There are no standard shipping fees at checkout.

If any special shipping method, expedited shipping, or reshipping service is requested, additional fees may apply.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you by email.

You can track your order at any time using the tracking link provided in the shipping confirmation email.

Please allow some time for the tracking information to update after the package has been shipped.

Delays & Exceptions

Shipping times may be affected by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Customs inspections
  • Carrier delays
  • Holidays
  • High order volume
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information

We appreciate your patience and understanding if delays occur.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order.

Lovfur is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If you notice an address mistake after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@lovfur.com. We will do our best to update the address before the order is processed or shipped, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has entered processing or shipment.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for any additional reshipping costs.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is significantly delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us at:

We will help investigate the issue with the carrier and do our best to assist you.

If the package is confirmed lost due to a carrier issue or our mistake, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution.

If the package is lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, Lovfur may not be responsible for replacement or refund.

Order Changes & Cancellations

You may request to cancel or change your order within 24 hours of placing it.

If your order has not yet been processed, customized, or shipped, we will do our best to help.

However, once an order has entered production, customization, or shipping, we may not be able to cancel or change it.

For personalized or custom-made items, cancellation may not be possible once production has started.
