We make every effort to display our products, images, descriptions, colors, sizes, materials, and details as accurately as possible.

However, product colors and appearance may vary depending on your device, screen settings, lighting, and product materials. Natural materials such as wood may also have variations in grain, color, and texture.

For personalized or custom-made products, the final result may vary slightly depending on the quality of the photos, names, messages, dates, engraving details, or other customization information you provide.

We do not guarantee that the appearance or quality of any product will exactly match what appears on your screen.

All product descriptions, prices, and availability are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue any product at our sole discretion.

Section 3 - Personalized and Custom-Made Products

Some Lovfur products are personalized, custom-made, or made to order.

Personalized or custom-made products may include, but are not limited to:

• Products with custom names, dates, messages, photos, videos, engravings, or designs
• Custom pet keepsakes
• Personalized memorial products
• Made-to-order items
• Any product created specifically for your order

By placing an order for a personalized or custom-made product, you agree that the customization information you provide is accurate and complete.

You are responsible for checking all names, dates, spelling, photos, videos, messages, and design details before submitting your order.

Once a personalized or custom-made order has entered processing, customization, production, or shipping, it may not be possible to cancel, change, return, or refund the order unless the item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or there is an issue caused by our mistake.

Personalized or custom-made products cannot be returned or refunded for personal reasons, including but not limited to changing your mind, ordering the wrong item, no longer wanting the product, or providing incorrect customization information.

Section 4 - Customer-Provided Content

If you upload, submit, or provide photos, videos, pet names, dates, messages, designs, engraving details, or other content for a custom order, you represent and warrant that you have the right to use and provide that content.

You grant Lovfur and our service providers permission to use, reproduce, modify, prepare, process, and display such content only as reasonably necessary to create, fulfill, review, ship, support, or resolve issues related to your order.

We will not use your uploaded pet photos, videos, or personal customization details for public marketing purposes without your consent.

You agree not to upload or submit any content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, infringing, misleading, or violates the rights of any third party.

Section 5 - Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase.

Lovfur reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at our discretion. Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance and process your payment.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Once an order has been accepted, processed, customized, produced, or shipped, we may not be able to cancel or change it.

If we need to cancel, modify, or decline an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address, shipping address, or phone number provided at checkout.

Your purchases are subject to our Refund & Return Policy.

You agree that your purchases are for personal or household use and not for unauthorized commercial resale or export.

Section 6 - Prices and Billing

Prices, discounts, promotions, and offers are subject to change without notice.

The price charged for a product will be the price shown at the time your order is placed and confirmed in your order confirmation email.

Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include applicable taxes, customs duties, import fees, or other charges that may be required by your country or region.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, billing, payment, and account information for all purchases made through our website.

Payment information is processed securely by third-party payment providers, such as Shopify Payments, PayPal, credit card processors, or other available payment methods. Lovfur does not directly store your full payment card details.

You represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that all payment information is true, correct, and complete.

Section 7 - Shipping and Delivery

Shipping is subject to our Shipping Policy.

All regular orders are processed within 48 hours after payment is confirmed.

Personalized or custom-made items may require additional production time. For custom orders, processing begins after we receive all required customization details, such as names, photos, dates, messages, or other personalized information.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders.

Estimated delivery time is generally 7–10 business days after shipment, but delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping times may be affected by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, customs inspections, carrier delays, holidays, high order volume, incorrect address information, or events outside our control.

Lovfur is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer, or events beyond our reasonable control.

If your package is significantly delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us at support@lovfur.com and we will assist you.

Section 8 - Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are subject to our Refund & Return Policy.

We have a 30-day return policy for eligible non-custom products. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, in its original condition and packaging, and include all accessories, tags, and proof of purchase.

Personalized or custom-made products cannot be returned or refunded for personal reasons unless they arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or there is an issue caused by our mistake.

If a return is due to our mistake, such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost when a return is required.

If a return is due to personal reasons, such as changing your mind, ordering the wrong item, or no longer wanting the product, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our mistake.

We do not charge restocking fees or handling fees.

Items sent back without first requesting and receiving return approval will not be accepted.

Section 9 - Order Changes and Cancellations

You may request to cancel or change your order within 24 hours of placing it.

If your order has not yet been processed, customized, produced, or shipped, we will do our best to help.

However, once an order has entered processing, customization, production, or shipping, we may not be able to cancel or change it.

For personalized or custom-made items, cancellation may not be possible once production has started.

Our website and services, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, product names, text, images, graphics, videos, audio, reviews, design, layout, and other content, are owned by Lovfur, our affiliates, partners, or licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use our website and services for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, scrape, copy, or transmit any material from our website without our prior written consent.

Lovfur’s names, logos, product names, designs, and slogans are trademarks or brand assets of Lovfur or its affiliates. You may not use them without our prior written permission.

Shopify’s name, logo, product names, and service names are trademarks of Shopify. All other names, logos, and marks belong to their respective owners.

Section 11 - Optional Tools and Third-Party Services

We may provide access to third-party tools, apps, platforms, payment services, upload tools, review tools, or other services that we do not own or control.

You acknowledge and agree that such third-party tools are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind.

Your use of third-party tools is at your own risk and may be subject to the third party’s own terms and privacy policies.

Lovfur is not responsible for any harm, loss, damage, or issues arising from your use of third-party tools or services.

Lovfur is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide our online store and related services.

However, any sales and purchases you make through our store are made directly with Lovfur.

By using our website and services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Lovfur, including any injury, damage, loss, return, refund, or issue resulting from products or services purchased from Lovfur.

You release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Lovfur.
